High Temperature Loading Test conditions
The follwing specifications shall be satisfied when the capacitors are restored to 20°C after the rated voltage with the rated ripple current applied for 3000 hours at 125°C
Post test requirements at +20°C
Leakage current: ≤ Initial specified value
Cap. change within ±30% of initial measured value
tan δ : ≤ 300% of initial specified value
Shelf Life At 125°C no voltage applied after 1000 hours the capacitors shall meet the following limits
Leakage current: ≤ Initial specified value
Cap. change: within ±20% of initial measured value
tan δ: ≤ 200% of initial specified value
