PCHNN series: Hex metal spacer supports with external threads

Hex threaded spacer supports are made from steel (steel spacer supports) or brass (brass spacer supports). Most popular are brass spacer supports. This is due the fact that their hardness is enough to fit the majority of the device PCBs. And due to the ease of processing the brass material, the price stands below a steel.

Among the brass spacer supports most popular are with M3 thread diameter.

Nevertheless, our company also supplies other thread sizes: M2, M2.5, M4, M5, M6.

We also produce spacer supports with a non-standard height and non-standard thread length according to customer's drawings. In this case the minimum order quantity for production start is 1000...5000 pieces depending on sizes.

The main material used is uncoated brass (budget option).

Steel or brass spacer supports can be ordered with nickel coating. And if they are not available in our warehouse and unpopular amongst our customers there is also requirement of a minimum quantity to start production.

Hex threaded spacer supports have the size of the rod SW=4,7…4,8 mm. This is done to save material and reduce product price and suits most consumers. It also allows to use 5 mm bits for automatic assembly which we also supply (non-magnetic 5 mm bit: product code 178518, magnetic 5 mm bit: product code 178511).
